Mohammed Haque (Audit, Tax, Business Support)

Mohammed_HaqueMohammed graduated from University College London, with an honours degree in Economics.  He subsequently trained as a Chartered Accountant in the City and qualified in 2008.

Mohammed is an all rounder with more than 8 years experience of audit, tax and accounting assignments of varying sizes in a number of sectors, including High-Tech companies, AIM listed companies, and non-listed SMEs. Previous clients included a property group worth £1bn, an online gaming group with €150m turnover, a carbon credits trading company with £25m turnover, a hotel with £20m turnover and R&D companies involved in fuel cells, mobile communications and packaging.

His experience also includes tackling complex transactions such as R&D, derivatives and those involving shares (share options, buybacks, exchanges, reverse acquisitions etc).

Mohammed has also assisted companies with both sales and buy side due diligence and valuations.

Pervaze Chowdhury (Audit, Business Support)

Pervaze Chowdhury is a chartered accountant

Pervaze graduated from London School of Economics (LSE), with an honours degree in Economics and Geography.  After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in the City in 2009, he moved to a Big 4 firm where he was an audit manager of upto 15 staff.

Pervaze is a specialist in audit and management accounting and his portfolio included household FTSE 100 clients and global audit engagements. He is experienced in a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on Media, Travel and Tech. He also has experience of AIM listed companies, and non-listed SMEs.

Key areas of his technical expertise include asset impairment, pension accounting and going concern. He can also identify control weaknesses and potential solutions including mapping workflows and implementing controls. He has also prepared short form AIM admission documents including summary prospectus and accountants report on forecasts and working capital statement.

He also has experience of providing financial and management accounting to enable the provision of accurate and timely financial information to support a business.

Fahed Rahman (Business Development)

Fahed read law at Westminister University and obtained a wide variety of experiences and skills by working in different industries. He uses the insight that he has gained to ensure that our processes meet the needs of our clients. Fahed plays a key role in our sales strategy and is our in-house marketing expert.
