The main difference between the prices below are due to some clients having higher levels of complexity or requiring additional services.
The typical prices are listed below (excluding VAT), please contact us for a precise quote as we’ve found that there is a large variation in the needs and complexity of our current clients.
We provide a free consultation so that we can learn about your business and offer some free initial advice/guidance to demonstrate our expertise. We can also provide references and contact details for existing clients if required.
As your trusted business advisor we’ll always lay out the various services and will explain whether you need them or if there will be any benefit to you or not. We’ll even guide you if you prefer to do some tasks yourself to save money.
Fixed fees
Once we have agreed the fees between us we will send you an engagement letter to sign and this will set out the fixed fees. We always try to avoid any surprise fees. If there is a big change in your business or needs or if you require some extra advice we will agree any additional fees before starting the work.
Tech Startup (turnover/funding< £200k)

Prices typically start from £3,000 per year.
Self assessment for non-ltd companies

Tax consultancy
SEIS/EIS: £500-£1000 depending on whether advance assurance is required and number of investors.
EMI options, unapproved options and restricted shares: £500-£1,000 depending on complexity and valuation of the business
R&D tax credits: the price varies depending on circumstances
VAT strategy: £500-1,000
Outsourcing
We can tailor our outsourcing solution for finance, operations, admin and other roles depending on how many staff you need and the type of work, our prices start from:
- part time upto 2 days a week £400/mth
- full time upto 5 days a week £700/mth
